- I bought this Bible for "Bible journaling." I use markers, color pencils, paint, etc. this is not the Bible for that. The margins are quiet thin and the pages are also very thin which means everything bleeds through. Even writing with a regular pen, bleeds through. I would not recommend this for Bible journaling
- The pages are too thin to journal with a pen or marker. You will need to use a pencil. It's also very thick and the strap that holds it closed is not very strong.
- I’m so happy with this product and cannot wait to start using it! The presentation box around it was great. Love the hardcover. The writing on the binding is beautiful. The pages are, as expected/described, a off-white, light yellow-ish color and the pages are thick enough to not have to worry too much about pens bleeding through when I use the notes section & decorate. Im glad I went with the larger print - it’s just right without being too large. My 10 year old saw this, & being creative as well, now wants one too! I like the NIV because I find it breaks things down in a way I can understand better than our bibles we have at church. For this reason, my child wants to read it so it’s easier for him to take away the messages, plus it gives him the opportunity to be creative with it as he goes along. Thank you 5 STARS!

- Wonderful Bible to write notes in and the large print is easy for those of use that have poor vision. There is a slight bleed through from the G2 pens I use but all in all it is a wonderful Bible.
- A lot of room for writing notes.
- Bought this for my son as a bible he can "grow older" with and take notes in during youth group. I wrote the different parts of the Bible along the bottom which is nice as he studies different books. Love that this book has room for notes/doodling but not feminine like other journaling bibles out there.
- Extremely disappointed! I started using this bible and went to look up a verse in 2 Corinthians and can’t find it because first and second Corinthians are a jumbled up mess of miss printed mixed up pages!
