• Nice cookbook. Does not have as many recipes as I had expected. But, it does give some good tips on smoking meats.
• The book has an immensely colossal number of recipes for smoking pabulum. I have an incipient electric smoker. We found that the timing recommended for some of the items was too short - sometimes by up to an hour.
  
  ------ The good thing was the variety of foods that the book covered that I would not have mentally conceived to do.A lot of delicious dishes in this book.
  
  -------- I love the range of recipes and the quality of the recipes but the suggested smoking times for my smoker are way short. I've had to double or triple the recipe suggested times when I've used the books recipes.
  
  I use every of recipes, because that easily and fast. I can advice this book to all.
• The main chapters are organized by food type and are very clear, organized and creative which is very helpful considering there are so many variables in pellet smoker cooking. Brines, rubs and cooking time tables are added too. The recipes are as researched and as well written as any cookbook I own, and again lots of photos, notes and ideas. I will be using this cookbook every time I get the urge to pop those pellets into my Traeger. I really found this book to be helpful as I am learning smoker technique and experimenting but I think an experienced user would like this cookbook as well.
• Great info on how to make some delicious smoked dishes. It's simple to follow and it works. I'm sure you'll find some dishes in there that you would have never expected to make with your smoker.
• This is a great book if you’ve just bought your first electric smoker. This book is far better than others on with tons of recipes and great photos. Bought this book and have used it a couple of times already to help guide me in properly smoking using my new smoker. Haven’t read the whole book yet, but has many amazing and some unexpected BBQ recipes.
