• This is an excellent NCLEX-RN review book! It is filled with over a thousand great questions, and it is divided into 5 comprehensive practice exams. A perfect book for a thorough review after nursing school to help you prepare for the NCLEX. The questions are appropriate and very extensive rationales are provided for each one. This book is smaller and perfect for studying on the go. It also comes with free online resources such as additional practice exams. Plus the price is great compared to other NCLEX books. It's a must have if you are a current nursing student or a new grad!
• Used the online code that came with the book for access to hundreds of practice questions. I did 100 practice questions a day. Once I started averaging 68%-75% I took the NCLEX and passed! The questions and rationales made a great studying tool. It was also small enough to bring along on trips (compared to heavier NCLEX review books) to study.
• I will possibly increase my rating as I continue to study for my NCLEX. My only complaint so far is an incorrect question/answer regarding a supposed WNL lab value per the rational but per the chart in the front is considered abnormal. Nothing too "insane", just mildly annoying. I will continue to use this book as I am finding the questions and rationals much clearer than other study material I have used.
• It is a very simple question. That let nurses use their critical question .it doesn't give a lot of information to help you answer the questions which is good because this the way that nclex question look like.

• This book doesn’t have SATA questions. Other than that, it’s a decent book for the price.
• It's an excellent resource and book. Unfortunately, the chapters all contain random questions rather than contain body systems and then the questions. It is worth the money.
• I used the Exam Cram books for both my PN and now my RN NCLEX. I couldn't afford uworld and found these a great resource especially while studying at work. The online testing is a great bonus as well with the code included.
• I bought this as a graduation gift for my niece in preparation for the nursing boards. She said it helped her so much. She said the book gave her structured study time, great tips and relevant questions.
