I personally enjoy the inspirational quotes and as a baseball fan and parent how the writer draws us in to relate to reminders in life as well. Good elementary instruction for those beginning to learn the game as well as a fine breakdown on the overall mechanics! Fantastic book for every player! My son played little league club ball and is now in high school. The quotes and the basics are a great inspiration. This is a great read on all levels.

Nicely written for a young player, fan or parent new to baseball. Definitely written for 10-13 year olds. Some of the terms could be revised - "catcher's gestures" when "catcher's signs" is more appropriate. Overall a good read.
Excellent Book. I was suprised how much information was packed into the small book. I just love the inspiring quotes and illustrations. Very well done. I will get both of my grandsons a copy.
